The 45° asymmetric beam keeps the light on the step and the floor. Its machined aluminum body doubles as the heat sink, the fixture rotates to aim the light, and the toolless push-in connector lets you daisy-chain fixtures on low-voltage cable. The WLTDR-1W30K-90-AL is a small recessed LED wall light with an asymmetric optic. Instead of spreading light evenly around its centre like an ordinary round light, it sends its 45° beam in a controlled way, so a fixture mounted low beside the stairs or along a hallway lights the tread and the floor while keeping glare away from people's eyes. It is a comfortable solution for stairs, landings, corridors and entrances, at home or in public spaces.

Warm light with accurate colour
A 3000K warm white makes corridors and stairwells feel welcoming instead of clinical, and the 90 CRI keeps hardwood, carpet, stone and paint looking natural. Each unit uses only 1.4W, so leaving a run of lights on through the evening is easy to justify.
