Built for clean, continuous lightThis flexible
LED tape uses Epistar 2835 SMD chips packed at 128 pcs per meter on an 8 mm wide PCB. That high LED density is what gives you a smooth line instead of the dotted, scalloped look of low-count strips — especially valuable when the strip sits close to a wall or inside a shallow cove. The circuit board uses a 3 oz copper thickness, which helps move heat away from the diodes and keeps light output stable over the long run. The whole thing is rated for
50,000+ hours, so a properly installed run keeps working long after the renovation dust has settled.
Light quality you can actually seeAt
CRI 90+, colours stay honest: cabinet finishes, backsplash tile, merchandise, produce and artwork all read the way they should. The
5000K colour temperature delivers a bright daylight white that feels crisp and awake — ideal for task areas, workshops, display cases and anywhere you want maximum visual clarity. With 130 lm/W efficiency and a 120º beam angle, the light spreads wide and even, and the strip is fully
dimmable when paired with a compatible 24V dimming driver or controller.

Wiring and installationBecause it runs on
24V DC low voltage, this strip needs a 24V constant-voltage driver sized for the total load — count 9.6W per meter and add headroom. Respect the
10 m maximum run per feed; for longer installations, run separate home runs back to the driver rather than daisy-chaining, so the far end stays as bright as the first meter. Cut only on the marked cut points every
62.5 mm (every 8 LEDs), and mind the polarity when you solder or use a clip-on connector. The
IP22 rating means dry indoor locations only — coves, cabinets, closets, ceilings and furniture, not exteriors or wet areas. Mounting the tape inside an aluminum profile with a diffuser (a very common request: "profilé aluminium pour LED strip") improves heat dissipation, hides the diodes and gives a finished architectural look.
Applications, family and documentationThink under-cabinet task lighting in a kitchen, a perimeter cove in a living room or basement ceiling, toe-kick and stair accents, closet and pantry shelving, bar fronts, reception desks, retail gondolas and display cases, plus back-of-house and workshop lighting where 5000K really pays off. The same platform is available in
2700K,
3000K,
3500K and
4000K; for a lower-output run choose the
4.8W/m 24V strip, and for colour-changing projects the
14.4W/m RGB strip IP22. The full technical PDF spec sheet is available in the Documentation tab for your electrician, your designer or your permit file.
