Built for clean, continuous lightThis
indoor LED strip is built on a flexible
8 mm printed circuit board carrying
64 Epistar 3528 SMD chips per meter. That density is what kills the "string of dots" effect you see on cheaper
led light strips: from a few inches away the line reads as one smooth band of light, especially once it sits inside an aluminum extrusion with a frosted lens. The PCB uses
3 oz copper, a thicker conductor that helps carry current and move heat away from the diodes, which matters on long runs and in enclosed coves. Cut marks are placed every
125 mm, every
8 LEDs, so you can trim a shelf, a niche or a stair nosing to the exact size without wasting material.
Light quality you can seeThe 3500K colour temperature of the
LCLS24V-24W-35K-IP22-30M is the in-between white a lot of designers ask for: warmer than office light, cleaner than a candle glow. Combined with
CRI 90+, it renders wood grain, backsplash tile, fabric and food naturally — a real advantage over low-CRI tape in kitchens, bakeries, clothing shops and bathrooms. The
120° beam angle washes surfaces instead of drilling a narrow beam into them, so a strip tucked in a cove bounces light across the whole ceiling. At
130 lm/W, you get that output for only
4.8 W per meter, which keeps circuit loads low even on large installations.

Wiring, dimming and installationThe strip operates on
24V DC and must be fed by a compatible LED driver sized for the total wattage of your run — add up the meters, multiply by
4.8 W/m, and leave yourself some headroom. Respect the
10 m maximum length per feed; for longer installations, run separate home runs back to the driver rather than chaining one end to the next, and you will keep brightness even from the first LED to the last. The strip is
dimmable, so pair it with a compatible dimmable driver or an in-line DC dimmer to set the mood. Clean the surface before applying, avoid sharp folds over the copper traces, and cut only on the marked lines. With its
IP22 rating, this one is for dry indoor locations; for a shower, a soffit or an outdoor project, choose an IP66 version such as the
LED strip 4.8W/m 24V IP66.
Applications, alternatives and documentationConcrete examples: under-cabinet task light in a kitchen, a glow line in a basement stair, backlighting for a bathroom mirror, cove lighting in a condo living room, shelf lighting in a boutique, or a soft wash behind a reception logo wall. If you need more punch on a high ceiling cove, step up to the
LED strip 9.6W/m 24V; for adjustable white on the fly, look at the
LED strip 20W/m 24V CCT; for colour, the
LED strip 14.4W/m 24V RGB IP22. The full technical PDF spec sheet for this model is available in the Documentation tab for your submittals and permit files.
