Four channels on one flexible board
This RGBW tape puts red, green, blue and a dedicated 4000K white emitter on the same 12 mm PCB, at a density of 96 LEDs per meter. That density matters: the closer the diodes, the smoother the line of light once it sits behind a diffuser, and the less you see the "dotting" that cheap low-density tape leaves on a ceiling cove. The board uses a 3 oz. copper PCB, which helps pull heat away from the diodes and supports a rated lifespan of 50,000+ hours. The strip can be cut every 62.5 mm at the marked cut points, so you can tailor each run to a cabinet, a stair, a soffit or a display shelf without wasting material.
Light quality and colour control
With a CRI of 80+ on the white channel, skin tones, wood grain and product colours read naturally — a real advantage in kitchens, bathrooms, retail displays and hospitality spaces where colour accuracy sells the room. The white channel of this SKU is 4000K, a crisp neutral white that suits work areas, modern kitchens, offices and commercial millwork. The RGB channels handle the mood: warm ambers, deep blues, brand colours for a storefront, seasonal scenes for the holidays. Because the white is a separate channel rather than a blend of R, G and B, you get a true, clean white instead of the slightly tinted result mixed-colour tape produces. The 120º beam angle throws light wide, which is exactly what you want inside a cove or an aluminum channel.

Electrical and installation notes
Plan the electrical side before you stick anything down. The strip runs on 24V DC, so it needs a constant-voltage 24V driver sized to the total load: multiply 23W by the number of meters in the run and keep headroom on the power supply. Respect the 10 m maximum run — longer installs should be fed as separate runs from the source rather than daisy-chained end to end, to avoid voltage drop and colour shift. Control comes from an RGBW controller (four output channels plus common) placed between the driver and the tape; the strip is dimmable, so you can set scenes and levels from a remote or a wall control. Cut only on the printed cut lines every 62.5 mm, solder or use proper 5-pin connectors, and mount the tape on a clean, dry surface — ideally inside an aluminum extrusion, which acts as a heat sink and holds the diffuser that turns the dots into a solid line.
Where it works and what's on file
Residential: under upper kitchen cabinets, above crown moulding, under a floating vanity, along stair stringers, behind a headboard or a TV panel in a finished basement. Commercial: bar fronts and back-bars, restaurant coves that shift from bright service light to coloured evening ambience, retail shelving and display cases, reception desks, gyms and salons that want brand colours on the wall. Keep in mind the IP22 rating limits this tape to dry indoor locations; damp, covered or exterior projects call for an IP66 waterproof version such as the
LED strip 14.4W/m 24V 72W RGB IP66 or the white
LED strip 9.6W/m 24V 48W 30K IP66. For warm, static accent light elsewhere in the same project, the
LED strip 17W/m 24V 2440K IP22 dim to warm is a natural companion. The full technical PDF spec sheet is available in the Documentation tab of this page — download it for the complete layout dimensions, cut points and ratings before you order your length.
