High output, sealed for tough conditionsThe LCLS24V-96W-50K-IP66-30M is a 19.2W/m, 24V DC strip with 128 LEDs per metre, protected to
IP66 so it can face rain, splashes, a garden hose and dust. That protection opens up places where an indoor strip cannot go: under exterior soffits, along deck edges, inside garages and carports, in boathouses and in commercial back-of-house areas. Beneath the protection, the LEDs sit on a 10 mm, 3 oz PCB for a dense,
continuous line of light.
Daylight white light qualityAt 5,000K, the light is bright, clean and close to daylight, ideal wherever visibility matters: workbenches, detailing bays, storage shelves, loading areas and signage. With a
CRI of 90+, colours and details stay accurate, so paint, wiring and product labels are easy to read. The 120° beam spreads the light broadly, and
dimming with a compatible 24V dimmer or controller lets you soften it when the work is done.
Electrical and installation detailsSize a 24V DC LED driver for the total wattage of your runs at 19.2W/m, choosing a model suited to outdoor or damp locations for exterior installations. Keep each continuous run to 10 m maximum and feed larger projects in several sections. Cut only at the cut points, every 62.5 mm (8 LEDs), then reseal the cut ends and connections carefully to keep the protection intact. Mounting the strip in an
aluminium profile helps carry heat away from the LEDs and gives a crisp, finished line.
Applications and documentationGreat for garages and workshops, carports, boathouses and docks, exterior soffits, deck and stair lighting, backlit signage, commercial back-of-house areas and parking structures. For softer accent lighting in damp areas, consider the
