Built for focused lightThe PAR20 format is the compact member of the PAR family, and this one is designed around a
glass lens with perfect light distribution, which keeps the beam clean and helps soften the hot spots you often get from cheap reflector lamps. The reflector body concentrates output forward rather than scattering it sideways, so a single bulb can create real accent contrast on a piece of art, a product shelf or a stone backsplash. Efficient thermal management keeps the internal components cool, and that is what protects both brightness and colour consistency across the
25,000 hours average life. Drawing far less power than a legacy halogen reflector, it also adds far less heat to the room — a genuine bonus in kitchens, display cases and tight retail spaces.
Colour you choose, colour you trustThe
5CCT selectable switch lets you set the white on the bench before the bulb goes overhead, so one SKU serves a cosy family room and a bright work zone. Pair that with
CRI 90+ and you get the kind of rendering that matters commercially: skin tones, baked goods, clothing and wood finishes look like themselves. If you are lighting a mixed space, set every bulb on the same circuit to the same colour temperature so the ceiling reads as one clean line of light rather than a patchwork.

Installation and compatibilityAlways cut power at the breaker before changing a bulb, and set the
colour temperature selector before installing — it is much easier to reach on the bench than at the top of a ladder. The
E26 medium base drops straight into standard residential and commercial sockets: recessed
pot lights, track heads, monopoints, gooseneck and eyeball fixtures. Because it is
wet location rated, it is suitable for outdoor locations such as covered porches, soffits and carports, but it is not rated for enclosed fixtures, so keep it in housings that breathe. For
dimming, use a compatible LED dimmer and group identical bulbs on the same circuit for even, flicker-free performance; mixing bulb types on one dimmer is the number one cause of flicker complaints.
Applications and documentationThink retail display walls, restaurant tables, gallery and hallway accents, kitchen island pot lights, hotel corridors, and residential entrances that face a Québec winter head-on. In larger rooms or higher ceilings where you need more lumens from the same beam family, move up to the
LED bulb PAR30 12W 5CCT or the
LED bulb PAR38 16W 5CCT; for general ambient fill in the same rooms, a standard
LED bulb A19 9W 5CCT keeps the same selectable-white logic across the project, and a
LED bulb B10 5W covers decorative chandeliers and sconces nearby. The full
