Built like a bulb should beThis
A19 LED bulb follows the classic household silhouette — a frosted, diffused globe on an
E26 medium base — so it looks right in an open shade and disappears into a closed fixture. The frosted lens is what makes the difference in daily use: instead of the bright LED dots you can see through a clear bulb, you get a smooth wash of light over a wide
220° beam angle. Solid-state components and efficient thermal management keep operating heat low, which is exactly why this bulb carries an
enclosed fixture rating — jar lights, flush mounts, schoolhouse pendants and glass globes that quickly cook lesser bulbs.
Light quality and 5 whites in one bulbThe built-in
5CCT selector lets you set
2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K before installation. Warm 2700K and 3000K suit bedrooms, living rooms and hospitality spaces; 3500K is a great neutral for hallways and multi-purpose rooms; 4000K and 5000K bring clarity to kitchens, bathrooms, garages, workshops and offices. With
CRI 90+, colours stay honest — makeup and skin tones in a vanity, wood grain in a dining room, fabrics and packaging on a retail shelf. Output is
800 initial lumens for
9W of consumption, a big drop in energy use compared with older halogen or incandescent lamps.

Installation, dimming and compatibilityInstallation is as simple as it gets: cut the power, set the
colour temperature switch to the white you want, then screw the bulb into any standard
E26 socket on a
120V circuit. Set the switch before installing in a hard-to-reach fixture, and let the fixture power down fully before changing the setting. For dimming, use a dimmer that is
LED-rated and check the dimmer's minimum and maximum load for the number of bulbs on the circuit — that is the single best way to get smooth, flicker-free low-end control. The
damp location listing also opens the door to covered porches, enclosed entryways and bathroom fixtures where humidity is part of the daily routine.
Where it shines and what pairs with itHomeowners use it throughout a renovation — bedrooms, stairwells, closets, laundry rooms — while landlords and property managers appreciate the
25 000-hour rated life in units where changing bulbs means a service call. Clinics, offices, restaurants and retail stores get consistent, high-CRI white across every room. Within the same A19 family you can mix outputs while keeping identical colour: the
6W 450lm version for accent lamps, the
11W 1100lm version and the
15W 1600lm version for larger rooms and higher ceilings. For chandeliers and decorative sconces in the same project, the
B10 candle bulb completes the look. The full
