One fixture, two personalitiesMost ceilings force you to choose: white light that works, or colour that entertains. This
RGBW recessed downlight does both from a single 4" round aperture. The white channel is a dedicated output — not a blend of red, green and blue pretending to be white — so daily task and general lighting stays clean and usable. The RGB range then layers in accent and mood lighting on demand, which is exactly why installers reach for it in home theatres, games rooms, bars, spas and retail displays where the same room has a daytime job and a nighttime job.
Slim build made for retrofitsThe ultra-thin housing is the real selling point for renovation work. Instead of a deep can that needs open joist bays, the fixture installs directly into the ceiling opening with a junction box and spring clips, so it fits where plenum space is limited — dropped ceilings, concrete condo slabs with a furred-out ceiling, basements under ductwork. Hidden mounting clips hold the trim flush against the drywall for a seamless finish with no visible hardware. The integrated driver keeps the assembly compact, and efficient thermal management pulls heat away from the diodes to support a long service life.

Installation and electrical notesThis is a
120V recessed fixture, so it wires to standard line voltage through its junction box — no remote transformer needed, unlike a 12/24V system. Plan your layout before you cut: space the fixtures evenly across the room and keep them a comfortable distance from the walls so the beams wash down without creating hot spots or scalloping. Always cut power at the panel before wiring. If you intend to dim the white output, confirm dimmer compatibility before you close up the ceiling — that single check prevents most flicker and drop-out complaints. Colour modes are set through the supplied control method, so keep that controller accessible during commissioning and note the location for the homeowner or building manager.
Applications and companion productsPicture a finished basement where the same
pot lights give the kids clean white light for homework and then shift to a colour wash for movie night; a restaurant that changes its ceiling tone with the season; a boutique that colours a feature wall without hanging extra fixtures. For the white-only areas of the same project, the family includes the
round commercial LED recessed 4", the larger
round commercial LED recessed 6" and the
round commercial LED recessed 8", while millwork and under-cabinet runs are often handled with the
linear LED recessed. Documentation is not currently posted for this model; any spec sheet or installation guide added later will appear in the Documentation tab of this page.
