Built slim, built to aim
This is a CCT 4" swivel gimbal panel light, and that gimbal is the difference. Instead of a fixed downward beam, the head swivels inside the trim so you can angle the light toward artwork, a stone feature wall, a reading chair or a workbench. The panel body is 4.92" (125 mm) across and just 1.89" (48 mm) deep, with a black trim that disappears into dark ceilings and reads as a deliberate design choice in white ones. Because the housing is so shallow, it drops into ceilings where a traditional can simply will not fit — shallow joist bays, bulkheads, soffits and renovated basements.

Light quality and colour selection
Five colour temperatures are built into one fixture: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, chosen with the toggle switch on the junction box before you seat the fixture. Upper position gives 2700K, second position 3000K, middle position 3500K, fourth position 4000K and lower position 5000K. Output follows the setting: 680 LM at 2700K, 700 LM at 3000K, 750 LM at 3500K, 760 LM at 4000K and 740 LM at 5000K, all from 9W. Wiring, dimming and installation
Cut a 4.25" (108 mm) hole, make your connections in the included junction box, set the colour temperature toggle, then push the fixture up until the spring clips grab the drywall. It runs on standard 110-130VAC line voltage and is Triac base dimmable; the spec sheet lists compatible dimmers including Lutron S-603P, CTCL-153P, TG600P, DV600P, LG600P, SCL-153P, MAW-600, LGCL-153P, 7SCL-153P, 600PH, DV-600P, 6838, CTELV-303P, CTCL-153PD, and Leviton 6633-P, 1C33L1, 6674 and 6838-series style controls — matching a listed dimmer is the surest way to get smooth, flicker-free low end. A 4 inch mounting plate (LCPLATE-414) is available when you are working with a ceiling opening that needs support.
