Built for permanent outdoor dutyThe PAVO is designed to live outside year-round. Its sealed housing and durable lens shrug off rain, snow, ice and lawn-care traffic, and the
IP65 protection rating means dust and water jets are not a concern on an exposed walkway or an open garden bed. The
brushed stainless face keeps a clean, low-profile look against concrete, pavers, wood decking or stone, and the included
PVC sleeve makes it far easier to set the fixture properly in a poured or backfilled installation. Efficient thermal management keeps the diodes running cool, which protects both brightness and colour consistency over the long term — important when a row of
LED landscape lights has to stay visually identical for years.
Light quality and beam controlAt
300 lumens from just
3 watts, this is an accent fixture, not a floodlight — and that is exactly the point. The tight
15º projection angle creates a defined column of light instead of a wide glare patch, perfect for grazing a textured wall, uplighting a tree trunk or marking the edge of a stair. The
4000K neutral white of this version gives a crisp, contemporary read on brick, stone and foliage, and because the fixture is
dimmable, you can dial the intensity down on a patio or a terrace where you want atmosphere rather than brightness.

Wiring, installation and compatibilityThis is a
low-voltage fixture: it runs on
12V / 24V DC and must be fed by a suitable outdoor-rated driver or transformer, sized for the total wattage of your run plus headroom. The
Luvia 100W outdoor power supply is the natural companion for a multi-fixture layout. Drill or core your
44mm / 1.732 inches cutout, seat the PVC sleeve, and keep drainage in mind under each recessed housing so water never sits against the fixture. A practical tip before you commit: set the units in place, power them temporarily at night and check the effect from the street and from inside the house — aiming and spacing are far easier to correct before you backfill or pour. Have all wiring and connections completed by a qualified electrician, and respect the
-25ºC ~ +60ºC operating range when planning for Canadian winters.
Applications and documentationUse the PAVO to graze a stone façade, uplight a maple or a cedar hedge, define driveway edges, light deck stairs, or add rhythm along a condo entry or a hotel walkway. On commercial sites, a repeated line of identical in-grade lights instantly reads as intentional design. Combine it with directional units such as the
Pico LED outdoor spotlight or the
Luna LED outdoor light to mix uplight and wall-wash in the same low-voltage system. The full technical PDF — drawing, dimensions and complete specifications — is available in the Documentation tab under LCAP-PAVO24V3W-4000K Spec Sheet.
