Black finish, serious structure
The 94 Series was designed as a true structural linear lighting profile: its twin mounting channels make it compatible with a wide range of installation accessories. The ordering guide on the spec sheet lists clip-in brackets, 1-side, 2-side and 90-degree surface brackets, swivel wall brackets, swivel sign arms with a 6-inch or 18-inch offset and a suspension kit with 15 ft aircraft cable, with black versions listed for most of them to match this profile. Corners at 90° and 135° (6 x 6 in) let you build complex spatial configurations, with joiners ordered separately.
Light quality and thermal performance
The rugged 6063-T5 aluminum alloy withstands abuse in demanding applications and extreme weather while pulling heat away from the LEDs, which helps extend the lifetime of the light source. The LED heat sink insert can sit in 3 position slots, so you choose the beam angle that suits the job, from lighting a sign face to highlighting a feature wall. The spec sheet also lists lens options such as clear and opal lenses and a high-efficiency reflector option, and the profile is designed to give a uniform line of light without hot spots.
Electrical and installation notes
With a 33 mm (1.25 in) wide mounting area, the profile accepts multiple or oversized LED sources for extra power, and guides keep 10 mm (3/8-inch) wide LED engines aligned. Driver options on the ordering guide include a remote driver canopy plate, a driver integrated in the canopy, or an integrated driver and suspension kit, the latter only available with the suspension bracket. Before installing, map out the runs, the corners and the driver locations, then have a qualified electrician complete the permanent connections.
