A lighting surface that bends with your design
Most panels ask you to design around them. This ultra-thin flexible LED sheet does the opposite. Built on a white PCB with 2 oz copper density and measuring only 8 mm thick, it can be gently curved along a cove, a rounded soffit or the inside face of a curved lightbox without losing output uniformity. The 648 LEDs are spread across the full 604 mm x 302 mm surface for a smooth, diffused wash rather than visible hot spots — exactly what backlit graphics, translucent acrylic and frosted panels need. Because it's a solid-state module, there's no flicker, no warm-up delay and no fragile glass to worry about in a busy retail floor or a family home.
Light quality and dimming control
At 5000K, the light reads as a clean daylight white — the right choice when you want graphics to pop, white surfaces to stay white and merchandise to look sharp. The CRI 90+ rating is what separates this sheet from basic backlighting: colours stay faithful, printed artwork keeps its saturation and wood, fabric and stone finishes look like themselves. A 120° beam angle spreads the light widely, which lets you mount the sheet closer to a diffuser and keep your lightbox or cabinet depth shallow. Dimming is supported through DMX PWM, RF PWM, 0-10V and MLV incandescent control methods, so the module can be tied into a scene controller for a showroom or simply dialled down for evening ambience.

Wiring and installation
Start by confirming your system components: a 24V Class 2 power adapter and, if needed, a dimmer. The sheet accepts single-side or double-side power feed, wired with UL 20AWG cable at a maximum of 5A, and you can cascade up to 5 pieces in series on one run. Each LED is individually cuttable vertically or horizontally, so the matrix can be shaped into Line, N, M or L layouts to fill an irregular sign face or an odd-sized cabinet. A single wire type is supplied to simplify the job: when you connect to the supply, the LED lights up if the polarity is right — if not, reverse and follow the connection guide. Mount it with the ultra-thin 3M adhesive tape on the back for non-porous surfaces, or fasten it with screws. Because the rating is IP20, keep it in dry interior locations, away from damp or exposed areas.
Where it works and what's documented
Sign shops use this 24V LED sheet for large-format and curved lightboxes where a rigid panel can't follow the frame. Cabinetmakers build it into toe kicks, glass shelving and curved island fronts. Retailers backlight feature walls, display cases and menu boards; offices and clinics use it behind translucent reception panels. In every case, plan the driver location and the low-voltage run before closing up the millwork or ceiling, and avoid sharp creases when shaping the sheet — gentle curves only. Always cut power at the electrical panel and confirm compatibility with your control system before final connection.
