Built like industrial gearThe body of this
UFO LED high bay is a pressure die-cast aluminum housing with an integrated driver enclosure, a construction chosen for one reason: thermal management. Heat is the enemy of LED output and lifespan, and the finned die-cast shell pulls it away from the diodes so the fixture holds its brightness over the long haul. The optic is an impact and UV resistant premium grade PC lens engineered for even light distribution, so you get a broad, glare free spread rather than a hot spot under the fixture and gloom between rows. Sealed to
IP65 and certified NEMA 4X and NSF, it shrugs off the dust, humidity and wash-down conditions of workshops, food handling areas and storage buildings, and it runs from -20˚C to +50˚C.
Light quality and field selectabilityTwo dials do the work here.
Field selectable CCT means two colour temperatures on board — 4000K for a neutral, comfortable white and 5000K for a crisp, daylight-like white — chosen with a selector on the fixture.
Field selectable wattage gives you three power levels, 180 W, 200 W and 240 W, so one SKU covers a low-ceiling stockroom and a high-ceiling warehouse bay. Output lands between 23,700 and 37,000 lumens depending on how you set it, with efficacy of ≥ 150 lm/W and a CRI of ≥ 80 that keeps labels, wire colours, paint and packaging looking true. That single-model flexibility is a real win for contractors who want one box on the truck and one part number on the spec.

Wiring, mounting and controlsThe
120-347 V auto-sensing driver senses the incoming service, which simplifies life on jobs that mix 120 V in the office and 347 V on the shop floor. A 10' white power cord is supplied. Three mounting options are offered: the supplied hook for a quick chain or cable hang, a U bracket for pendant or adjustable aiming, and a linkable mounting bracket for continuous rows. Always cut power at the panel before wiring, and use a chain rated for the fixture weight. On the control side, the fixture is compatible with
0-10V dimming and with a bi-level microwave sensor. A few notes on microwave sensing from the documentation: microwaves penetrate walls or glass thinner than 20 cm, so movement in adjacent corridors may be detected; detection area is affected by speed of motion, mounting height and volume of movement; microwaves cannot penetrate metal, so large metal objects near the sensor can create a dead zone behind them; and the fixture should not be mounted where it will shake (rooftop HVAC, upper floor vibration) or next to ventilators and ceiling fans, which cause false triggering. Microwave sensors do hold an advantage over PIR in hot environments.
Applications and documentationThink distribution centres and racking aisles, machine shops and welding bays, auto service and detailing bays, arenas and gyms, agricultural barns and equipment sheds, big-box retail stockrooms, and oversized residential garages and home workshops. In an unheated Canadian storage building, the -20˚C minimum operating temperature matters, and instant full output in the cold beats what older technologies deliver. For layout, space the fixtures evenly and keep the mounting height consistent; the higher the ceiling, the fewer units you need but the more you should favour a higher wattage setting. The complete technical PDF spec sheet, including the technical drawing and the polar candela curve, is in the Documentation tab. The same fixture is available in black as the
