Built like industrial equipmentThe body is a pressure die cast aluminum housing with a separate driver enclosure, a design choice that matters more than it sounds: keeping the driver in its own compartment and spreading heat across a finned aluminum shell is what lets the diodes run cool year after year. The optic is an impact and UV resistant premium grade
PC lens engineered for even, glare free distribution, so instead of a hot spot under the fixture you get a wide, consistent pool of light from aisle to aisle. The round, low profile shape sits discreetly between structural beams and mechanical runs, and the black finish hides well against dark industrial ceilings.
Light quality and field selectable outputTwo selectors do the heavy lifting on this
UFO LED high bay. The wattage selector sets 180W, 200W or 240W, and the CCT selector sets 4000K for a neutral, clean white or 5000K for a crisp, daylight-like feel in inspection and assembly areas. With efficacy of ≥ 150 lm/W and CRI ≥ 80, colour coded parts, printed labels, wiring and paint finishes read correctly, which is exactly what you want in a paint booth area, a parts counter or a packing station. Contractors love the selectable approach: one SKU on the truck covers several ceiling heights, and the final setting is made after the layout is confirmed on site.

Wiring, mounting and controlsThe
120-347V auto sensing driver senses the service it is connected to, which simplifies mixed-voltage buildings and multi-phase industrial panels. Three mounting methods are supplied or available: the hook for quick chain or cable hanging, a U bracket when you need a pendant or an adjustable aim, and a linkable mounting bracket for aligned rows over long aisles. Always cut power at the panel, confirm the hook or chain is anchored to solid structure, and leave airflow around the heat sink. For controls, wire the 0-10V dimming leads to a compatible dimmer or building system, or use the bi-level microwave sensor for occupancy-based savings. Keep the sensor notes in mind: microwave energy can pass through walls or glass thinner than 20cm, so movement in adjacent corridors may be detected; detection area varies with speed of motion, mounting height and volume of movement; microwave cannot penetrate metal, so a large metal object nearby can create a dead zone behind it; and avoid mounting where the luminaire itself vibrates — rooftop HVAC, upper floor vibration, ventilators or ceiling fans — since shaking and nearby machinery can cause false triggering.
Applications and documentationThink warehouse racking aisles, a distribution mezzanine, a machine shop over a milling area, a municipal garage bay, a dairy barn, an arena ceiling or a big-box sales floor. In a tall residential garage or hobby workshop, one unit at the lower wattage setting often replaces several old fixtures and finally lights the corners. Higher ceilings generally call for more output and slightly tighter spacing to avoid shadows, so plan mounting height and spacing before hanging. If your project mixes ceiling heights, pair it with the
90W-120W-150W LED highbay or the
240W-270W-300W LED highbay, and use the
white version of this highbay where a lighter finish suits the space better.
