Simple build, zero wiring
The RGB LED puck light is a compact, self-contained disc: the light engine, the electronics and the battery compartment all live in the same housing. That's what makes it so useful in renovation work — there's no junction box to add, no hole to cut, no cable to fish through a wall. You place the puck where the light needs to be, close the compartment, and you're done. Because nothing is hard-wired, you can move a puck from a shelf to a centrepiece to a garden planter in seconds, which is exactly why decorators, stagers and event crews keep a handful of them in the toolbox.
Light quality and colour
Each unit packs 10 super bright LEDs delivering full RGB colour changing output. That means you're not stuck with one look: the same puck can sit behind a frosted vase as a soft coloured wash, sit under a glass shelf as a punchy accent, or cycle through colours for a party or a seasonal window. Aim it into translucent objects — glass, acrylic, resin, water features, snow and ice sculptures — and the colour really comes alive. Pointed at a solid surface it works as a small, clean pool of accent light, the kind of detail that makes a display case or a niche look designed instead of simply lit.
Remote control, one for the whole set
The puck is remote controlled, and a single remote commands as many pucks as you have — one click and a whole shelf, staircase, bar back or booth changes colour together. For that reason, each order includes 1 remote regardless of the number of pucks purchased. If you're spreading pucks across several rooms, floors or display zones, additional remotes for LED pucks are available separately so nobody has to run upstairs to change the colour. Keep the remote within sight of the pucks for the most reliable response, and group your pucks by zone when you're setting up a large display.
Where these pucks earn their keep
In homes: china cabinets, bookcases, display shelves, closets, under-stair nooks, cottages and sheds with no power, plus patio and garden décor in summer. In business: retail window displays, jewellery and collectibles cases, bar and back-bar shelving, restaurant centrepieces, hotel lobby vignettes, trade-show booths and pop-up shops that need to be installed in minutes. Contractors also use them as temporary accent lighting to show a client what a niche or cove will look like before committing to a wired solution. When the permanent job calls for continuous lines of light instead of points, that's where LED strip lighting takes over — and the two work beautifully side by side in the same display.
Ordering and documentation
The SKU for this item is BATRGBPUCK, and it is sold per unit, so order one puck per point of light you want to create. There is no spec sheet or IES file for this decorative accessory; it's designed to be unboxed, switched on and enjoyed. Our team is happy to help you figure out how many pucks a shelf run or a window display needs, and whether an extra remote makes sense for your layout.
