Design and constructionThe THEMIS is built around high performance and impeccable design — a tall ladder-style frame with clean horizontal bars that reads as architecture rather than appliance. This SKU is the
white towel warmer version, and the same model is offered in a range of designer finishes including
black and
chrome so you can match faucets, shower trim and cabinet hardware. It ships with robust colour-matched metal brackets, which means no mismatched grey hardware breaking up your finish and a rock-solid mount on the wall. At 2" deep, it sits tight to the wall and keeps a narrow bathroom feeling open.
Heat, comfort and everyday useWith a heat output of
427 BTU, the THEMIS gently warms and dries what you hang on it. Max surface temperature sits between
90 and 110 °F depending on model and ambient temperature — hot enough to dry a heavy bath sheet and take the chill off the room, gentle enough that kids and guests can touch the bars safely. Because it dries textiles rather than letting them sit damp, it also helps cut down on that musty towel smell in bathrooms with limited ventilation, a real issue in tightly sealed Canadian homes and condos.

Electrical and installationThis is a
hardwired towel warmer on a standard
120 VAC circuit, so there is no cord or plug showing on a finished tile wall — plan the junction box location with your electrician before the wall closes up, and confirm the circuit can carry the
500 watts load. The integrated power switch with indicator light keeps operation simple: no app, no remote, just on and off with a visual confirmation. Work should be done by a licensed electrician in line with the Canadian Electrical Code and any local requirements for bathroom installations, and the unit must be anchored into solid blocking or appropriate wall anchors using the supplied brackets. Because it is ETL tested and compliant, it satisfies the certification expectations of most residential and commercial inspections.
Applications, matching pieces and documentationThink primary ensuites and guest bathrooms, basement bathrooms that never feel warm, cottages and chalets where ski gear and wet mitts need drying, condo bathrooms with no window, plus commercial spaces: spas, estheticians, massage clinics, physio offices, gyms, pools and boutique hotels where a warm towel is part of the experience.
