Design and construction
The CLIP is a flat, vertical
towel warmer panel rather than a traditional rung ladder, which is exactly why designers keep specifying it: it reads as a single clean plane on the wall, only
1.38" deep, so it barely projects into a narrow bathroom. The white version is built for high performance and impeccable design, and the family is offered in a range of designer finishes. Every unit comes with robust
colour-matched metal brackets, so nothing breaks the visual line between the panel and the wall — no mismatched chrome hardware, no visible fasteners fighting your tile layout.
Heat output and comfort
Drawing
100 watts at 120V, this
heated towel rack produces
384 BTU of gentle radiant warmth. Maximum surface temperature sits between 90 and 110 F depending on model and ambient temperature, which is the sweet spot: hot enough to dry a bath sheet and take the chill off a tiled room, safe enough to touch and to leave running while family members come and go. Because the heat is spread across a large flat surface instead of a few thin bars, towels dry evenly rather than staying cold in the middle folds — and drier towels mean less mildew smell and less humidity lingering in the room.

Installation and electrical
The
hardwired connection at 120 VAC is what separates a finished installation from a plug-in accessory: no cord dangling down the wall, no outlet stolen from your vanity. Plan the electrical box location before tile or drywall goes up, confirm the mounting height so the panel clears the floor, baseboard and any vanity or toilet nearby, and anchor the brackets into solid blocking or appropriate wall anchors — a loaded towel panel should never rely on drywall alone. Electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with local codes. Contractors appreciate that the
ETL tested and compliant rating simplifies approvals on residential and commercial jobs alike.
Applications, matching models and documentation
Think primary ensuites and guest bathrooms, condo and multi-unit projects, boutique hotels, spas, massage clinics, salons, gyms, pool houses and locker rooms — anywhere wet linens pile up. The 59" height suits a tall, uninterrupted wall section beside a shower or freestanding tub; where wall space is tighter, the
Clip 47" towel warmer in black keeps the same look in a shorter format, and the
Clip 59" towel warmer in black gives you a darker, high-contrast option for the same footprint. For rounded or bar-style silhouettes, compare the
Artemis towel warmer, the
Atlas towel warmer and the
Eos towel warmer. The full technical PDF for this model is in the Documentation tab — download it for dimensions and electrical details before you finalize your rough-in.
