Design and buildThe
EOS TOWEL WARMER is a tall ladder-style
heated towel rack built around high performance and impeccable design. Its slim 1.6" profile keeps it tight to the wall, while the full 63" height gives you a generous run of bars for bath sheets, hand towels and robes. The unit ships with robust
colour-matched metal brackets, so the mounting hardware blends into the black finish instead of interrupting it — a detail that matters when the warmer sits on a feature wall beside a glass shower or a freestanding tub. This series is offered in a range of designer finishes, and
LCTW-EOBK17 is the black version, an easy match with matte black faucets, shower trims and hardware.
Heat performanceRated at
500 watts on
120V, the EOS puts out
425 BTUs of gentle radiant heat. Maximum surface temperature stays between
90 and 110 F, depending on the model and the ambient temperature of the room, which is the sweet spot: hot enough to dry a heavy cotton bath sheet and keep it warm, mild enough that you can grab the bars comfortably. That steady low heat is also what keeps a small bathroom from staying damp all day, which helps with mildew on towels and that stale smell in rooms with weak ventilation.

Installation and wiringYou have two ways to power it. Plug-in is the fastest route for a renovation where the receptacle already exists and you would rather not open the wall;
hard-wiring at
120 VAC gives the cleanest result because it eliminates visible wires, and the
hard-wire kit is included with the unit. Plan the rough-in before the tile goes up: decide on the mounting height, keep the fixture clear of the shower spray zone, and confirm the circuit and any local bathroom wiring requirements with your electrician, since Canadian electrical code applies to bathroom receptacles and fixed appliances. The colour-matched brackets anchor to the wall — hit solid blocking or use the appropriate anchors for your wall type so the unit stays rock-solid when loaded with wet towels.
Where it works and documentationIn homes, this size suits a primary ensuite, a family bathroom that goes through several towels a morning, a basement bathroom that never dries, a pool house or a cottage entry where wet gear piles up. On the commercial side, spa treatment rooms, massage and physio clinics, esthetics salons, gyms, boutique hotels and short-term rentals all benefit from dry linens and a fixture that looks intentional. Matching the rest of your bathroom is easy within the same family: the
Eos towel warmer in chrome is the same model in a polished finish, while the
Atlas towel warmer, the
Artemis towel warmer in gold and the
Clip 59" towel warmer offer other formats for secondary bathrooms. The full
