Design and constructionThe ARTEMIS is built around a simple idea: high performance and impeccable design in one wall-mounted piece. The tubular bars are arranged in a clean, architectural pattern that reads as sculpture when the towels are off, and as a practical
heated towel rack when they are on. The
gold finish is one of a range of designer finishes offered in this family, so you can match faucets, shower trim and cabinet hardware instead of settling for whatever the plumbing aisle had left. Every unit ships with
robust colour-matched metal brackets, which means the mounting points blend into the bars rather than standing out as grey hardware on a gold frame.
Warmth, comfort and everyday performanceWith a
heat output of 164 BTU and a
maximum surface temperature between 90 and 110 F (depending on model and ambient temperature), this
electric towel warmer is designed to be comfortable to the touch and gentle on fabrics. It dries bath sheets, hand towels, face cloths, swimsuits, wool sweaters and delicates that should never see a dryer drum, and it helps keep humid bathrooms feeling fresher between showers. At only
50 watts, it sips power compared with most heating appliances, so leaving it on during the morning routine or a winter evening is an easy call.

Electrical and installationThe
hardwired 120 VAC connection is what separates this unit from plug-in racks: no cord running down the tile, no outlet hogged beside the vanity, just a clean line from wall to frame. Plan a junction box at the mounting height you want during rough-in, and have a licensed electrician make the final connection in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and your local requirements — bathroom circuits and GFCI protection should always be verified on site. Mount the brackets into solid blocking or appropriate anchors, keep the unit clear of the shower spray zone as required by code, and confirm the
18" x 21" x 5" footprint against your wall space before drilling. Because it is ETL tested and compliant, it is straightforward to specify on both residential and commercial jobs.
