Design and constructionThe RHEA is built around a tall ladder frame that makes a real design statement on the wall while staying only 3.46" deep. Its promise is simple: high performance and impeccable design, with a range of designer finishes to choose from. The family is offered in chrome, gold and black — this page is the chrome model,
LCTW-RHCH08. Every unit comes with robust color-matched metal brackets, so the hardware blends into the finish instead of interrupting it, and the rails sit far enough off the wall to let air circulate around thick bath sheets.
Heat performanceWith
400 watts on a
120V circuit and a
475 BTU heat output, the RHEA warms a full set of towels and keeps them dry between uses. Maximum surface temperature stays between
90 - 110 F, depending on model and ambient temperature, which is the sweet spot: hot enough to drive moisture out of terry cloth, gentle enough that a child brushing against it is never at risk. That same steady warmth helps a small, poorly ventilated bathroom feel drier and fresher, and it is a practical way to dry
bathrobes, swimsuits and delicates without a dryer.

Installation and electricalThe RHEA uses a
hardwired connection (120 VAC), which eliminates visible wires and gives the finished wall a built-in, custom look — no cord snaking down to an outlet. Plan the junction box location before the drywall goes up, centred behind the unit and at a height that clears the vanity and the towel drop. Mounting goes through the supplied color-matched brackets; anchor into studs or use hardware rated for the wall type, and keep the unit clear of the shower spray zone. Because it is
ETL tested and compliant, it satisfies the third-party certification most Canadian inspectors and general contractors ask for. All electrical work should be done by a licensed electrician following local code.
Applications, alternatives and documentationThink primary ensuites, guest bathrooms, basement baths, pool houses, laundry rooms and mudrooms where wet gear piles up — and on the commercial side, boutique hotels, spas, gyms, physiotherapy and massage clinics, salons and Airbnb units where a warm towel is the detail guests remember. Supplied for residential and commercial projects alike. If the RHEA's proportions do not fit your wall, the same family offers other silhouettes: the
Artemis towel warmer in black, the
Atlas towel warmer, the
