Built to disappear into the millworkThe whole idea behind this
mini LED puck is that you see the light, not the light fixture. The housing is only
19 x 19 x 21 mm, with a low-profile trim in a stainless finish that sits nearly flush once installed. Pressure-fit clips hold it in place and are made specifically for
thin-walled structures — cabinet bottoms, shelf panels, display case decks, toe kicks and closet frames where a bulky recessed housing would never fit. An
IP65 rating means the lens face shrugs off dust and water jets, which is reassuring in a bathroom vanity, a bar area or a work zone where splashes happen.
Light quality that makes merchandise popAt
0.5 Watt this puck produces
68 lumens concentrated in a
30º beam angle. That narrow beam is deliberate: instead of washing a surface flatly, it drops a bright accent pool exactly where you aim it, which is what you want over a bottle, a watch tray, a plate of food or a decorative object. The
4000K neutral white keeps the look clean and modern, ideal for contemporary kitchens, retail displays and bathrooms, while
CRI >85 renders colours, finishes and materials faithfully instead of washing them out. Multiply the pucks along a shelf and you get a rhythm of sparkle rather than one big glare spot.

Wiring and installationThis is a
low-voltage 24V DC luminaire, so it must be fed by a 24V DC power supply sized for the total load of the run — at 0.5 W each, a long series of pucks still adds up to very little. Installation is genuinely simple: drill or bore a
16 mm (5/8") hole, run the leads through, push the puck in and let the spring clips grab the panel. Because the puck is
dimmable, you can pair it with a dimming system compatible with your 24V driver to set a soft evening level under the upper cabinets and a full-output level when you're cooking or serving customers. Keep the driver accessible — inside a cabinet, above a bulkhead or in a service cavity — for easy maintenance down the road.
Applications, family and documentationThink kitchen uppers and open shelving, vanity cabinets, pantry interiors, wine racks, bookcases, jewellery and pastry display cases, reception desks, bar backs, and accent niches in condo or basement renovations across Canada. If you prefer a warmer 3000K tone or a different trim colour, the same puck exists in several versions:
LED puck #800 24V 3000K stainless,
LED puck #800 3000K black,
LED puck #800 3000K white and
LED puck #800 4000K black — handy when you want one temperature in the kitchen and another in the display case. The full technical PDF spec sheet, including the technical drawing with cutout dimensions, is available in the Documentation tab so your cabinetmaker or electrician can plan the holes before the panels are even assembled.
