What this trim is and how it works
The HS/VERS/9/MB/GD is a decorative trim for the TUROLIGHT LED Surface Discus platform (family code RGD-HS/VERS). The disc light does the lighting; this ring does the styling. It snaps over the face of the 9" disc so the visible part of your recessed downlight becomes a matt black ring with a gold-toned inner cone, giving a two-tone, high-contrast look that reads far more custom than a flat white trim. Because it is part of the manufacturer's own "more options of decorative trims" program, the fit is exact — no shims, no adapters, no gaps around the ceiling opening.

Sizing and physical details
This is the 9" version. Its maximum outside diameter is 8.94 inches and its maximum overall height is 1.39 inches, which matches the 9" Discus body (8.9" diameter × 0.7" high). That shallow stack keeps the fixture close to the ceiling plane — important in basements, corridors and low-clearance retrofits where anything bulky is noticed immediately. Order the trim in the same size as the disc: 5", 7", 9" and 12" bodies each take their matching trim, and mixing sizes will not seat properly.

Installation and light quality
