Light quality is your call
No bulb is included, and that's the point of a E26 pendant light like this one. The opaque dome pushes all the light downward, so the lamp you choose decides the mood and the spread. Shorten or extend the cord to the length you need within the 70.87" maximum, level the pair by eye across the counter, then install the lamps last so you're not working around hot glass.
