Design and constructionThe EOS is a wall-mounted, ladder-style
towel warmer built around high performance and impeccable design. Its vertical rails give you multiple levels for bath towels, hand towels and robes, while the
gold finish reads as jewellery on the wall — a natural match for brushed brass faucets, matte black fixtures or a warm-toned vanity. The unit comes with robust
color-matched metal brackets, so the mounting hardware blends into the frame instead of interrupting it. With an overall depth of only 1.6", it stays tight to the wall and out of the traffic path in tighter bathrooms.

Electrical and installationTwo installation paths are available with the same unit. The
plug-in option is the fastest route when there is already an outlet nearby — ideal for a rental, a condo or a retrofit where you would rather not open the wall. The
hardwired connection (120 VAC), using the included kit, is the choice for new construction and full renovations: it eliminates visible wires and gives the
heated towel rack that built-in, custom look. At
500 watts on 120V, the unit should be planned into the bathroom's circuit layout with your electrician, and installation must respect the Canadian Electrical Code and any local requirements for bathroom wiring. Mount the brackets into solid blocking or appropriate anchors, and leave enough clearance around the frame for towels to drape freely and dry evenly.
Comfort and everyday useWith a maximum surface temperature between
90 and 110 °F, the EOS is designed to be pleasantly warm rather than hot, so towels dry gently and fabrics are not stressed. The
425 BTU output also helps take the chill off a small bathroom and reduces that damp, musty feeling that lingers after back-to-back showers — especially welcome in Canadian winters, in basement bathrooms and in older homes with weak ventilation. Beyond towels, it is genuinely useful for drying swimwear after the pool, delicate laundry, gloves, tuques and scarves in an entryway or mudroom.
Applications, alternatives and documentationHomeowners specify the EOS for primary ensuites, guest baths and spa-inspired renovations; contractors and designers use it in boutique hotels, med-spas, salons, fitness clubs, physiotherapy clinics and Airbnb-style rentals where a warm towel is an easy win. If your layout calls for a different size or colour, the same design is available as the
EOS towel warmer in black, and the family also includes the
Artemis towel warmer, the
Atlas towel warmer and the
Clip 47" towel warmer in black. The complete
