Bright walls, clean ceilings and a spotlight that almost disappears: the LITELINE Apollo in white is the track light head for spaces where the light should get the attention, not the fixture. Model A-AO1012-WH-120V is a low-voltage track fixture with a compact, rounded head that mounts on your track and aims a focused beam at artwork, a kitchen island, a feature wall or merchandise. If you are browsing track lighting heads to refresh an existing rail or to finish a new renovation, this white model blends into light-coloured ceilings for a calm, uncluttered look.

Under that clean white finish is a die cast aluminum body that offers superior strength and rigidity, with softened edges for a low-profile design. The fixture includes a solid state electronic transformer that reduces the 120V / 60Hz supply to 12V quietly, with no hum. It is made for a 12V MR16 lamp, 50 watts maximum, in a porcelain socket, and a high temperature glass shield is included on the front. Aiming is easy thanks to an adjustable yoke with 320° horizontal and 160° vertical rotation that locks firmly once you find the perfect angle. It is dimmable with electronic low voltage rated dimming controls and carries the cULus listing.

This white track head is a natural match for Scandinavian-style kitchens, bright condos, art studios, boutiques, salons and clinics from Vancouver to Halifax. It uses the A-style connector; compare it with the connector chart in the spec sheet to confirm your track before ordering. Want a different finish on the same model? Look at the Apollo track fixture in brushed nickel or the Apollo track fixture in black. Put a row of white Apollo heads on your track and make every display stand out.

A discreet white head with a solid aluminum body
The LITELINE Apollo A-AO1012-WH-120V is a low-voltage track light whose body is die cast aluminum, chosen for strength and rigidity. Softened edges keep the silhouette slim and low-profile, and the white finish lets the head fade into white or off-white ceilings, which is exactly what many designers want in minimalist homes, galleries and bright retail spaces. It is a tidy upgrade when you replace older spots or add extra track lighting heads to a rail that is already in place.

Aim the light exactly where it counts
Apollo is a directional fixture made for specific aiming. Its lamp housing rides on an adjustable yoke giving 320° of horizontal rotation and 160° of vertical rotation, and the angle locks securely so the beam stays put after cleaning or dusting. Use it to highlight a painting, graze a textured brick wall, light up a product shelf or add drama to a dining table; it is a flexible tool for accent lighting and task lighting alike.

Transformer, lamp and dimming
Inside the fixture, a solid state electronic transformer provides noise-free voltage reduction from 120V AC to 12V AC. The porcelain socket takes a 12V MR16 lamp, 50 watts maximum, and the included high temperature glass shield mounts to the front of the lamp. Dimming is possible only with electronic low voltage rated dimming controls, so check your dimmer before installing. If you prefer an LED MR16 lamp, choose one that is designed to work with electronic transformers for steady, flicker-free light.
