Built for long, clean runsThis LumenstarLED tape is designed around one idea: cover more distance with fewer interruptions. Each roll measures 10M (33'), so a full room perimeter, a long cove or a retail gondola can often be lit from a single feed instead of a chain of jumpers. The tape itself is slim at W10 x H1.5mm (W25/64 x H1/16"), which lets it tuck into narrow coves, shallow channels, cabinet lips and architectural reveals where a bulkier fixture would never fit. Mounting is straightforward thanks to the
double-sided 3M tape already applied to the back — clean the surface, peel, press and you are done. A 12" (30cm) wire lead on both ends gives you real freedom when you plan where the power connection lands.
Light quality you can trustThe 2835 SMD format is a workhorse for a reason: strong lumen output per watt and a long, stable service life. With
60 LEDs per metre, the dots blend into a continuous band of light, especially behind a diffuser, and the 120° beam spreads light wide across the surface you are washing. Output is 930 lumens per metre (275 lumens per foot) at 8.4W/M (2.6W/FT), and the
CRI >90 rating puts this tape in the high-fidelity category, where skin tones, timber, textiles and packaging look the way they should. At
4000K, the white is neutral and crisp — the colour temperature most often specified for kitchens, workspaces, retail and modern interiors.

Electrical and installation notesThe tape runs on
24V DC, a low-voltage format that is safer to handle during install and easier to route around beams, millwork and curved details. You will need a 24V DC driver sized for the total wattage of your run, plus headroom; add up the metres installed, multiply by 8.4W/M and choose accordingly. Cut only on the marked cut points, keep the tape flat on a clean, dry surface, and use an aluminum extrusion with a diffuser when the tape will be in someone's line of sight — it hides the dots and helps manage heat. The tape is
dimmable, so it integrates with dimming control systems on the driver side; confirm driver and control compatibility before ordering. With an
IP Rating of 22, it is an indoor product: keep it out of showers, exposed exterior locations and anywhere it may be washed down.
Where it earns its keep, and the documentsThink kitchen cabinets and floating vanities, closet interiors, basement stairs and home theatre coves on the residential side; restaurant bars, hotel lobbies, boutique shelving, gallery walls, display cases, office reception desks and corridor reveals on the commercial side. The
c UL us Listed rating and 5-year warranty make it an easy specification for Canadian projects. Need a different white for the same detail? The same tape family includes the
warm white long run LED tape and the
soft neutral long run LED tape, both in the same 10M (33') format. The full technical PDF for the 24V Long Run LED Tape Light is available in the Documentation tab for your submittals and installation planning.
