It belongs to the TUROLIGHT RGD-HS/VERS LED Surface Discus program, a family of round surface-mounted disc lights offered in 5", 7", 9" and 12". The base fixtures ship in a white PC housing, and the trim line exists so you can change the face of the light to suit the room instead of changing the light itself.
