Design and constructionThe HERA is built around a simple idea: a towel warmer should look intentional, not industrial. Its slim wall-mounted profile projects just
2.44" from the wall, so it fits beside a vanity, behind a door or in the tight run of wall you find in a powder room or a condo bathroom. The black finish is clean and contemporary, and the unit ships with
robust color-matched metal brackets so the mounting hardware blends in rather than standing out. The same design is available in a range of designer finishes if you are coordinating with faucets, shower trim or cabinet pulls elsewhere in the room.
Heat performanceWith
400 watts on a
120V supply, the HERA delivers
258 BTU of radiant warmth. The maximum surface temperature sits between
90 and 110 F, depending on model and ambient temperature — the sweet spot for drying a bath sheet, a housecoat or a swimsuit without scorching fabric or making the bar uncomfortable to touch. Because the heat is constant and low, it also helps keep towels fresher between washes and takes the clammy edge off a bathroom in January.

Electrical and installationThe HERA uses a
hardwired connection at
120 VAC, which eliminates visible wires and gives you that flush, built-in look no plug-in model can match. Plan the feed during rough-in, position the box behind the unit's footprint, and confirm the exact mounting height and clearances on the spec sheet before you close the walls — many installers set the warmer within easy reach of the shower or tub. All electrical work should be done by a qualified electrician and in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and your local requirements. Because the unit is
ETL tested and compliant, it is straightforward to specify on residential and commercial jobs alike.
Applications and documentationThink primary ensuites and guest baths, cottages and chalets where towels never seem to dry, pool and spa change rooms, gyms, estheticians' and physio rooms, hotel suites and Airbnb units where guests notice the details. In a laundry or mudroom it quietly dries mitts, hats and delicates through the winter. Complete a multi-bathroom project by pairing the HERA with the
Artemis towel warmer, the
Clip 59" towel warmer or the
Eos towel warmer. The full
LCTW-HEBK12 spec sheet, with dimensioned drawings and electrical data, is available in the Documentation tab for your electrician or designer.
