Design and constructionThe EOS is a ladder-style
heated towel rack built to look like part of the bathroom architecture rather than an appliance bolted to the wall. Its slim profile is only
1.6" deep, so it sits close to the surface and stays out of the traffic path in narrow ensuites and powder rooms. The unit comes with robust color-matched metal brackets, meaning the hardware is finished to match the rail instead of standing out in a contrasting metal — a small detail that makes a big difference on a white tiled or painted wall. The EOS design is offered in a range of designer finishes: white, gold, chrome and black; this particular SKU,
LCTW-EOWH17, is the white version.

Electrical and installation detailsInstallation is refreshingly flexible. Out of the box you can run the
towel warmer as a plug-in unit on an existing receptacle, or convert it to a permanent
hard-wired installation — the kit is included, so you don't have to source anything extra. Hardwiring on a 120 VAC supply eliminates visible wires, which is the finish most designers and renovators want when the rail sits on a feature wall or beside a glass shower. Because the unit draws 500 watts at 120V, plan the circuit with your electrician before closing the walls, and coordinate the bracket locations with blocking or solid anchors during framing or tile layout. Always respect local electrical code and the required clearances around tubs and showers; in Québec and across Canada, permanent connections in a bathroom are work for a licensed electrician.
Comfort, drying and real-world useWith
425 BTUs of output and a surface that stays between 90 - 110 F depending on model and ambient temperature, the EOS is designed to gently warm and dry rather than to act as a room heater. In practice that means bath sheets that are dry and fresh for the next shower, swimsuits ready again after an afternoon in the pool, wool sweaters and delicates dried flat without a machine, and a bathroom that smells cleaner because damp textiles aren't sitting in a hamper. Homeowners love it in a primary ensuite; contractors specify it in condo bathrooms, basement suites and rental units; spas, salons, massage clinics, gyms and boutique hotels use it to hold warm towels where guests can see and feel the upgrade.
Family, pairings and documentationIf you're outfitting more than one bathroom, the same collection lets you mix sizes and finishes while keeping the look consistent: the
Eos towel warmer in black for a darker scheme, the
Artemis towel warmer for tight powder rooms, the
Atlas towel warmer, or the
Clip 59" towel warmer for a taller ladder. The complete technical PDF (LCTW-EOWH17 Spec Sheet) is in the Documentation tab with the dimensioned drawing, heat output, electrical data and finish options — download it before you rough in, and hand it to your electrician so the circuit and bracket heights are right the first time.
