The LS-RT06-SRH-BK is the black screwless recessed trim from the Lumenstar LED Lumix Commercial Grade LED Brick Light system — the visible faceplate that frames the light engine and hides the rough-in housing. People look for it as a brick light trim, a recessed brick light faceplate, a step light trim ring or simply a trimless recessed lighting look for exterior walls, and that's exactly what it delivers: no visible screws, just a crisp black rectangle sitting flush against brick, block, stone, stucco, tile or drywall. It's used for step and stair lighting, deck and balcony illumination, pathway and walkway lighting, exterior wall and façade lighting, and architectural accent work.

This trim measures H3-1/4" x W8-9/16" (H84 x W218mm) and is made of zinc-magnesium with a powder-coated finish, so it keeps its colour and shrugs off the weather year after year. It's part of the Lumix three-part system rated IP67 for fully sealed wet-location use, built around a die-cast zinc magnesium housing. The matching recessed light engine runs on 100-277V AC line voltage, draws 5W for 365 lumens at a 120° beam angle, offers CRI >90 colour rendering in 3000K or 4000K, is dimmable with compatible line-voltage controls, operates from -30 to +45°C and is rated for more than 50,000 hours with a 3-year warranty.

A three-part system, and this is the part everyone sees
The Lumix Commercial Grade LED Brick Light is built as a 3-part system: the rough-in housing (back box), the light engine, and the trim with its install accessories — each ordered separately. The LS-RT06-SRH-BK is the black screwless recessed trim, the finishing piece that frames the aperture, covers the joint between the fixture and the wall material, and protects the housing edges. Because it is screwless, there are no fasteners breaking the line of the faceplate, which is why architects and designers reach for it on projects where a clean architectural appearance matters more than anything.

The trim is formed in zinc-magnesium and finished with a powder coat in black, mated to a die-cast zinc aluminum housing for strength. The complete assembly is fully sealed to IP67, which means it is built for outdoor wet-location installations — driving rain, snow load, spring melt and sprinkler spray included. The system carries an operating temperature range of -30 to +45°C (-22 to 113°F), a rated life of more than 50,000 hours and a 3-year warranty.

Compatibility and installation
Read this carefully before ordering: the recessed horizontal trims, including this black one, can only be used with the RT06HV-RH light engine for the Recessed Brick Light. They do not fit the Louver or Window style engines — those take the SLV and SW trims, such as the Brick light horizontal trims - brushed nickel. The rough-in housing LS-RT06-HSG is a black junction box measuring L8-7/16 x H3-1/8 x W3-1/8" (L215 x W80 x H80mm) with three 1/2" NPS knockouts and plugs. Mounting accessories are chosen by surface: the LS-RT06-BKT masonry bracket set for brick and masonry, the LS-RT06-STD stud mounting bracket and bar, or the LS-RT06-CLP drywall spring clips. For outdoor runs, the LS-OW-16-2-100 100' outdoor 16-2 AWG wire and the LS-GEL-MAR outdoor-rated gel-filled marettes keep connections dry and secure. The light engine is dimmable with compatible line-voltage dimming controls, and a dimmable 120V AC version is available on request. Colour temperatures 3000K and 4000K are stocked; 2700K, 3500K, 5000K and Amber (turtle friendly) are custom order, as are custom trim colours with a 10-piece minimum.
