With a maximum overall diameter of 0.63 inch and a maximum overall length of 1.91 inch, it disappears inside crystal arms, small glass globes and slim vanity bars instead of poking past the shade. The clear finish keeps the sparkle and the crisp shadow lines that decorative fixtures are designed around, and because it is an LED, the socket and the surrounding fixture stay far cooler than they ever did with a 25W halogen pin.

Light quality and dimming
