The horizontal lifting kit is an engineered suspension accessory developed specifically for the STNEON25 PC tube family. Rather than adapting a generic hanger to a round polycarbonate profile, the kit uses a 38mm tube connector that interfaces directly with the neon tube housing. That direct interface is what keeps the run visually clean: no oversized clamps breaking the line, no mismatched hardware catching the light. The parts are precision-fitted so the tube does not rotate or creep out of alignment once the installation is energized and left alone for years.
The wire rope and your drop height
Each kit includes a 2-metre wire rope, which is the part installers appreciate most. On a horizontal LED neon run, the drop height is a design decision as much as a technical one — too high and the accent disappears, too low and it fights with the space. The rope is fed through the fitting, pulled to the height you want and secured there, without additional tools or custom-fabricated hardware. Because you start with 2 m of rope, the same kit works over a standard ceiling and in a double-height space, and the excess is simply trimmed or coiled out of sight at the canopy.

Installation is straightforward for licensed electricians and lighting contractors. The kit mounts to standard ceiling anchor points, and the wire rope feeds cleanly through the 38mm tube fitting to carry the weight of the neon run. Space your suspension points evenly along the length of the tube so the line stays dead straight — that even spacing, more than anything else, is what makes a suspended neon run look custom-built from every angle. Compatibility is deliberately narrow: this suspension kit is designed to work with the STNEON25 360-degree PC neon tube series and nothing else. Mixing incompatible suspension hardware with precision neon tubing leads to alignment problems and stress on the connectors; using the matched kit removes that risk entirely. As always, follow the Canadian Electrical Code and your local authority having jurisdiction for anchoring and for the electrical connections at each end of the run.
