What this accessory actually does
A flood light visor is a shaped shield that mounts to the face of a luminaire and physically cuts off part of the beam. Instead of relying on aiming alone, you block the high-angle light that causes glare and spill. The result is a cleaner cut-off at the edge of the property line, less glare for drivers and pedestrians walking toward the fixture, and a light pattern that stays inside the zone you intended. The FL-VISOR01-LG-BZ is the large version of this accessory in the CSC LED line, and it does this job without touching the electrical side of the fixture at all.
Compatibility — read this first
This visor is designed for CSC LED FL05 flood and area light fixtures in the 240W and 300W wattages. That's the whole compatibility list: large visor, large heads. It will not fit the smaller FL05 bodies, so if your project mixes wattages on the same site, order the visor that matches each head. The bronze (BZ) finish is meant to be paired with bronze fixtures and bronze poles, which is what most commercial and municipal outdoor specifications call for, but it will also read as a neutral dark accent against grey or black hardware.

Installation and site planning
Installation is meant to be quick for lighting contractors and qualified electricians: the visor is shaped to the fixture head so it seats and secures without modification, and because it's mechanical, there's no impact on wiring, drivers or controls. A practical approach on site is to aim and lock the fixture first, walk the property line at night, and then add the visor where you still see glare or spill — that way you shield only the heads that need it and keep your light levels where the design calls for them. On tall poles, plan the visor install for the same lift visit as the fixture aiming; going back up later for an accessory is the expensive part of any outdoor job.
