Wiring, dimming and installation notes
This is a standard 120V line-voltage fixture, so it drops onto existing ceiling boxes with no driver to hide in the cavity. Choose your wattage and colour temperature on the fixture before you close it up — decide the look on site, with the paint and flooring in front of you. On the control side, it's Triac dimmable (forward phase) to a 10% minimum, so use a compatible Triac/leading-edge LED dimmer and keep the load within the dimmer's LED rating; grouping several units on one circuit is common in open basements and corridors. Two important notes: the fixture is non-IC rated, so keep insulation off the housing, and it is damp location rated — fine for bathrooms, covered porches and laundry rooms, not for direct exposure to rain or snow.
