Built to last, built to look goodThe RIGID Series flush mount is a round
LED ceiling light with a two-ring face, finished in
brushed nickel and closed with a
frosted polycarbonate lens that softens the diode array into a smooth, even glow. The low-profile body sits tight to the ceiling — 14" in diameter and only 3.36" high — so it clears doors, cabinets and sloped hallway ceilings where a pendant or dome would be in the way. The fixture is
damp location rated, which makes it a safe choice for bathrooms, covered entries and laundry rooms, and it carries a 5-year limited warranty with an operating range of -20 ˚C to +40 ˚C.
Light quality you can actually seeWith
CRI greater than 90, colours stay honest: cabinet stain reads as the stain you chose, not a muddy brown, and makeup, food and fabrics look right. The
120° beam spread pushes light wall to wall instead of dropping a hot spot in the centre of the room. On the wattage side, you choose
24W, 21W or 18W for
1800, 1575 or 1350 lumens, and on the colour side you choose between five selectable colour temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. That's warm 2700K for a master bedroom, 3000K for living rooms, 3500K or 4000K for kitchens and offices, and 5000K for a garage, storage room or workspace.

Wiring, dimming and installationThe fixture runs on standard
120V residential and light-commercial circuits, so it drops straight onto an existing octagon box in most retrofits.
TRIAC dimming (forward-phase, wall dimmer style) takes the output down to 10% minimum for evening levels in bedrooms and living rooms; always confirm the dimmer is LED-compatible and respect its minimum and maximum load to avoid flicker. Set the wattage and kelvin selector switches before you close the fixture up — it saves a second trip up the ladder. Because the unit is
non-IC rated, it must not be covered by or in direct contact with insulation, so plan attic and ceiling cavity clearances accordingly.
Where it works, and what pairs with itThink condo hallways, stairwell landings, bedrooms, closets, basements, laundry rooms, covered porches, plus offices, clinics, salons, corridors, break rooms and rental turnovers where a contractor wants one
surface mount LED downlight that adapts to every room. Keep the same ring look throughout a project by mixing sizes: the
Rigid Flush Mount II 12" for closets and small bedrooms, the
Rigid Flush Mount II 16" for open living areas. For a bathroom, match the brushed nickel with the
round brushed nickel bathroom light fixture, also 5CCT selectable at 120V. The complete
