Bring daylight-quality light into any room with the LuMinaSense LED floor light by TUROLIGHT — a tall, freestanding LED floor lamp (often called a torchiere, a standing lamp or an office floor lamp) that lights a whole work zone instead of a single corner. It shines light both upward and downward from two independently controlled light outputs, so you get soft ambient wash on the ceiling and focused task light on the desk, table or reading chair below. With a built-in motion and light sensor, a rhythmic day-cycle program and touch controls on the head of the lamp, it's the kind of fixture you set up once and simply live with — no wiring, no ceiling holes, no electrician. Model SKU LMS-FLR/100W/FF/I95/RG0/SMART.

Under the hood, 476 LED modules of 0.5 W each add up to 100 W of light, fed by a 100-240 Vac, 50/60 Hz supply at a rated input current of 0.48 A. The colour temperature is fully tunable from 2700K to 4700K, from cozy warm white in the evening to crisp neutral white for focused work, and a long press on the control panel dims each light output up or down, with a green indicator that blinks when you hit the top or bottom of the range. Light quality is where this lamp really separates itself: a colour rendering index Ra ≥ 95 for true-to-life colours, flicker-free operation and an RG0 anti-blue-light rating, the lowest photobiological risk group. The fixture measures 610 × 310 × 1950 mm, weighs 13.9 kg, is rated Class I for protection against electric shock, IP20, built for indoor use between -20°C and +40°C, and is made to the UL153 standard.

It's made for home offices, living rooms, reading nooks, bedrooms, studios and hobby benches, and just as much for clinics, salons, boutiques, waiting rooms, classrooms and open-plan offices where drilling into the ceiling isn't an option — a lifesaver in Canadian condos, rented spaces and heritage homes with plaster ceilings. During our long dark winters, the constant-illumination mode holds your desktop light level steady as daylight fades, presence detection turns the lamp on the moment you walk in and drops it to 30% when you step away, and rhythmic illumination follows the sun from 2700K to 4700K and back. Read the full spec sheet in the Documentation tab, then plug it in and enjoy better light tonight.

Built to stand on its own
The LuMinaSense arrives as a simple stack: lamp body, upper lamp post, lower lamp post and a weighted lamp base, joined with the supplied M4*25, M4*20 and M4*10 screws and the included tri-end screwdriver — plus the power cord. Assembly is tool-light and takes minutes, and once the posts are butted together the fixture stands 1950 mm tall with a 610 × 310 mm footprint and a net weight of 13.9 kg that keeps it planted. The head tilts within its designed range (≤85°) so you can aim the downward beam exactly where you read, draw, sew or type. Keep it on a level, stable surface, never cover it with fabric or flammable material, and clean it with a soft dry cloth only — no alcohol, gasoline or insecticide, which attack the finish and shorten the fixture's life.

Light you can actually work under
Most floor lamps give you one brightness and one colour. This one gives you a continuously tunable white from 2700K to 4700K, separate on/off and dimming for the upper (indirect) and lower (direct) light, and a CRI Ra ≥ 95 full-spectrum output that shows skin tones, fabric swatches, paint chips and food the way daylight does. It runs flicker-free and carries an RG0 anti-blue-light rating — risk group zero — which matters when you sit under a light for eight hours a day. Short press the switch key for on/off and colour temperature; long press to slide the colour temperature, with a green indicator flashing at each end of the range.

Smart control, no app required
Four intelligent modes live on the touch panel. Constant illumination: dim once to your comfortable level and the photosensitive sensor memorizes it, then trims output up or down against ambient daylight to hold that lux value with an error of 10% or less (any change on the tabletop within 20° can disturb the reading; re-dim to store a new value). Presence detection: within a ≤3500 mm detection range, the lamp switches on instantly when you arrive, drops to 30% brightness after 20 minutes with no movement, and turns off 10 minutes later. Rhythmic illumination replays a full-day sun spectrum — 6:00-10:40 climbing from 2700K to 4700K every 20 minutes, 10:40-14:00 steady at 4700K, 14:00-19:20 falling back from 4700K to 2700K, 19:20-6:00 steady at 2700K. Each active mode lights its own key backlight so you always know what's running.

Where it earns its keep, and what's in the box of documents
Think of the spaces where good light changes the day: a home office where video calls need honest skin tones, a dental or esthetics clinic where colour matching matters, a design studio, a classroom corner, a physiotherapy room, a long-term care suite, a library reading area, or a condo living room that has exactly zero ceiling boxes. Because it's an indoor IP20 fixture on a standard cord, it moves with you — reconfigure the office, rent a new unit, stage a showroom, and the light follows. Do keep it away from bathrooms, unheated garages and anywhere it could be splashed or knocked over. The complete technical spec sheet, including the installation and usage guide, the control-panel legend and the rhythmic illumination timetable, is available in the Documentation tab — worth a read before assembly so you get the sensor modes dialled in on day one.
