Built to be seen
Unlike a bulb hidden behind a shade or a diffuser, the LEDCTC35W40K is designed to be part of the décor. Its bulb colour is Clear, so the lamp reads as a bright, jewel-like point of light inside glass shades, open cages, exposed sockets and vintage-style fixtures. The compact body measures 95 mm in height and 35 mm in diameter, which keeps it discreet in multi-lamp chandeliers and narrow sconces where a standard household lamp would look oversized or simply not fit behind the glass.
Light quality and distribution
This decorative LED bulb produces 300 LUMENS from only 3.5 WATTS, which is why it works so well in fixtures that hold three, five or more lamps: you get a generous, well-spread light without overloading the circuit. The photometric data shows an average beam angle (50%) of 325.2°, meaning light is thrown almost all the way around the lamp rather than shot in one direction — exactly what a chandelier or an open sconce needs. With a CRI: 80, colours stay honest: a walnut table, a brick wall, a plated dish or a clothing display all keep their true tone. Choose 2700K for a warm, relaxed living-room or dining-room feel, or 4000K for a cleaner neutral white in kitchens, bathrooms, offices and retail.

Dimming and installation
Installation is as simple as it gets: power off at the breaker, thread the lamp into the socket, power back on. Because the bulb is DIMMABLE on a standard 120 VOLTS residential circuit, it pairs naturally with the dimmer you already have on the wall. One rule to respect for flicker-free results: LED bulbs work with most dimmers, and dimmers are generally rated for a maximum of 150 watts with LED lamps, but we strongly recommend not exceeding 80% of that capacity so the light stays stable at the lowest setting — as a reference, the manufacturer suggests a maximum of 15 8-watt PAR20 bulbs (total 120 watts) on one dimmer. With only 3.5 watts per lamp, you have plenty of room to run a full chandelier on a single dimmer while staying well inside that guideline.
Where it works and what comes with it
This lamp is made for residential and commercial projects alike: a six-arm chandelier in a dining room, matching sconces flanking a bathroom mirror, a row of glass pendants over a kitchen island, the entrance of a boutique or a spa, a restaurant dining room or a hotel corridor where the visible lamp is part of the brand image. Contractors appreciate the consistency from one socket to the next across an entire unit or floor, and homeowners like being able to refresh an existing fixture without changing anything else.
