Upgrading fluorescent fixtures doesn't require replacing the whole fixture. Ballast bypass LED tubes connect directly to line voltage once the old ballast is removed, eliminating a common point of failure and the ongoing cost of ballast replacements. The result is instant-on, flicker-free light with lower energy use and far less maintenance.
Types and Options
Single-ended tubes receive power at one end only, while double-ended tubes are powered from both ends, and each requires the matching wiring method and sockets. Frosted lenses provide smooth, glare-free output, and clear lenses maximize brightness. Tubes come in several lengths and colour temperatures, with rotatable end caps on some models for aiming light where it's needed. Always follow the wiring label when converting fixtures.
Where to Use Them
Well suited to offices, schools, warehouses, retail stores, parking garages, workshops, basements and any building with existing fluorescent troffers or strip fixtures.
